Can. Brown with a pale beige head. Aroma of bread, hazelnuts, some chocolate and chicory. Thinnish. Quite sweet but with fairly prominent bitterness that distracts from the malt a bit. No particular yeast character. But pleasant enough.

Can. Clear very deep reddish amber with a beige head that never gives up. Almost burnt breadcrust, dried fruit, spices. Really quite full bodied with bread and loads of dried fruit before punchy spices and quite strong bitterness at the end. Has the depth and grunt of the better big dark Belgian ales and that light finishing touch that makes them so cheerfully drinkable. I had thought that this was going to be a spirit barrel aged version of Archnemesis but there's no sign of that (spirit, age or oak) and now I see it's into the 'Wood (ie Collingwood). It's very much like their Archnemesis and a very good beer indeed.

Draft. A hazy golden beer with a lazing beige head. The aroma has notes of citrus fruits, hops, straw, and malt. The flavor is sweet with notes of citrus fruits, hops, and malt, leading to a bitter finish. Nice on a hot summer day.

(Can) Pours clear straw / golden with transient lose white head. Aroma is passion fruit. Light body with plenty of carbonation, bright and somewhat fizzy. Flavour is passion fruit. There’s some subtle light malt / bread notes in the mid palate and a hint of saltiness in the finish. Very nice.

Growler. Not nitro, then. And 5% ABV. Unclear golden amber with an off- white head that doesn't last. 3- Aroma of peach, light bread, citrus blossoms. A little less than medium bodied but hefty for 5%. Has some toffee to the malt side and spice to the bitter end as well as what's signaled in the aroma. Perhaps a tad sweet for my tastes but a solid biggish bitter.

Can. Dark brown with a light tan head that gradually fades to a fat coat. Aroma has chocolate and vanilla and a surprising green capsicum note - I don't mind it, but you wonder. And as well as the taste following the aroma it's thinner and drier than expected with a weedy bitterness. OK but suspect not as intended.

Can. Red with a pale pink head that fades fast. Smells of raspberries - a little hairy but mostly jammy. Light bodied. Sour enough to balance the sweetness. The berry flavours don't really shine through and there's not much else. No particular finish. A bit dull.

Can (Quarantinnies). Deep pink colour. Sickly raspberry cordial aroma. Very sweet, lolly water tastes. Not particularly sour, so insufficient balance to excite.

Can. Almost clear amber with a white had that fades to around a cm. 3+ Piney aroma with some orange (a little bit cleaning producty) and caramel. 7+ Really pretty light bodied. Carbonation just on the low side of medium which is about right for me. The malt is more biscuity than bready and the pine prominent but not as raucous as expected. Bitterness is lower than guessed too. Good, well rounded beer but doesn't quite offer enough for its strength.
