3 week old pint can A: Poured clear medium gold with a tall frothy head. Good retention and thick clumpy lace. S: Lemon lime citrus with zest and pith over a woody malt base. T: Bitter and woody. Hops feature citrus and light tropical notes. Malts bring toast, and a hint of toffee along with the wood. M: Medium body, average carbonation and a slightly rough finish. O: Well balanced with equally tasty hops and malts. I wonder if this is the long-retired Countryside IPA. Very good.

Pale gold with a frothy, white head. Aroma is a mix of citrus, coconut milk and honey melon. Taste is bitter with a bit of tart lemon juice. There also a substantial bready, malty sweetness underneath. Medium-bodied, good chewiness, warmth at the finish, but it fails to really come together in the end. Not bad.
