Foam bottle, drunk 8/12/22. Mostly clear white grape. Small, white head. Wheat, barley, that sorta thing. Really funky, sweaty. White grape and such. Soft, mineral-rich, tart, with white grape and such. Big in to saying and such these days. Good attenuation, tart.

Pale yellow color with lots of carbonation. Taste and aroma are sour acid. Has a little funkiness and a crisp finish. Easy drinking for a sour.

Opaque light yellow with lasting head. Aroma is pine trees and orange peel. Taste is mildly hoppy with sweet orange juice backbone. Good balance.

Red brown color with a spicy, earthy aroma. Taste is spicy, slightly sweet caramel malt, wood and earthy. Dry and earthy hop bitterness at the finish.

Bottle from Zillicoah shrared. Pours a clearish pink with a bit of white head. Light strawberry aromas and mineral notes on the nose. More of the same on the palate. Lingering strawberry and herbs on the finish. Drying finish, but light bodied.
