Schilling draught, 3/16/24. Light pale gold. Small, white head. Lovely mineral, dainty smoke and dainty honey. Crisp, bright yeast. Crisp, well-bittered. Mild smoke. Mild honey-like malt. Clean and very drinkable.

Appalachian. Mojito glass @home. Not yet New Years. Almost a bottle bomb. Slurps out. Murky, maroon brown with weak almond silt on top. Bitter-green, steel, wheat, black cherry skin, wood. More obvious cherry as it warms. Herbal, astringent dark cherry skin. Lemon, bittersweet cherry flesh, lots of tobacco, brown ale. Bit of oxidation. Acidic, plenty tart, lacquered, frothy, textured, a touch boozy. Liked.

2021, 6% edition at Zillicoah. Not worth the new listing imo. Clear, glowy medium gold, still pour. Sour candy concord grape, iron, confectionery. Lemon, herbal, dry Schweppes grape, touch of funk, faint vinegar sweetness, lime. Solid.

On tap on a lazy afternoon by the river with mom. Faintly hazy orange frothy gold. Zesty, astringent, Brett dry peach, really lovely. Crispy, sweet n sour peach, hoppy & peppery floral, slight salt, super refreshing & not super tart. Great.

On tap at the brewery. Cloudy golden with medium white head. Bit funky, some yeasty notes, barrel, tart, refreshing and easy going. Light bodied. Would be a nice everyday beer.
