Crowler shared by my buddy Jamie: Poured a brown orange with a off white head. Aroma is malty, caramel, biscuit, bark. Taste is fruity, caramel, roasted, malty. This thing is secretively boosty and could get someone in trouble.

3 week old pint can A: Poured clear dark amber brown with little head or retention. A porter that could pass for an amber. S: Thick creamy coffee with caramel then faint chocolate. T: Surprisingly bitter, seemingly from herbal or woody hops, then a mix of dry, ashy roast coffee and tart plums. All converge beautifully. M: Fairly light and well carbonated but goes down heavier than it feels in the mouth. O: Looks, feels and smells pretty average but boy does it taste great.

3 week old pint can A: Clear pale gold with a sturdy soapy white head. S: Heavy bread dough with flowers and apple or pear. T: Bittersweet combo. Sweet bread or biscuit, herbs and hay, then apple skins and flowers. M: Light and very smooth bodied. Mild carbonation and a wet finish. O: Leans a bit sweet but flavor balance walks a tightrope between bitter and sweet and pretty much nails it. Very good.

Week old pint can A: Poured a thick pillow of tan head atop a clear deep amber orange body. Good retention before a thick lasting pad and ring are left. S: Light scent of tart fresh orange and lemon with melon notes. Like sour citrus candy. T: Lightly tart and fairly bitter with lemon and orange pith dominating. Berries, citrus pulp and drying biscuity malts finish the sip. M: Medium body with average carbonation and a puckering lightly resinous finish. O: Nice tart, bitter and dry notes make this very tasty and drinkable.

The aromas are overripe grapefruit hops, cut grass and some malt. Flavors are similar to nose, mildly sweet upfront again with the overripe grapefruit, balanced with good carbonation and some bitter but a little medicinal in the finish. Decent body.

The aromas are slightly dank grapefruit rind and wet grain. Flavors are somewhat similar but with a strange not entirely pleasant sweetness and unbalanced bitter. Decent body carbonation slightly medicinal finish.
