Draught @ Five Boro Craft Beer Fest. Hazy bright yellow with foamy white head, citrus peel aroma, adequate carbonation, bitter/sour lemon peel taste, thin body, long bitter finish. Very much lemon peel taste dominated.

Pours a hazy, light banana-yellow, with good-sized and lasting head. Aroma has tropical fruit, melon, sour washcloth. Flavors include tropical and citrus fruit, some melon, a slight touch of hop-burn (or alcohol-burn, not sure what the cause is), and some pine/spruce hop bitterness in the finish. Another beautiful-looking can (seriously, the art is outstanding).

Lightly-to-minimally hazy, blonde-golden-brass. Very large, frothy, white head atop shows strong retention. Tons of carbonation.
Interesting mix of tropical fruit and light melon with strong lemon-lime-like Brett mixing well with it. Guava, nectarine and mango all show off a slow, cooler Brett fermentation. Light honey and biscuit behind it balance gently and there is no flaw or alcohol.
In the mouth it's highly carbonated, with a soft, honey-rich, well-attenuated malt character and tons of light grain and cereal notes interjecting. Lime-rich Brett, light guava and strong melon all comprise the yeast profile and there's a good deal of tartness without it being dominant. At six months old, the hops have mostly faded, but they certainly show through and really complement the Brett. Tons of lemon character on the end with gentle bitterness and mild pepper phenol. No alcohol or flaw.

Five Boro Craft Beer Fest: poura haze. Aroma is grapefruit, citrus juice etc... smooth, sweet, low bitrerness. Good example of the style. Wuite tropical. Shitty end of fest rate.

Gently hazy, brass-golden-peach with a small, white head showing moderate retention.
Light fruitiness in the nose shows peach, pear and apricot as strong Brett works its way in, somewhat taking over. It's a very powerful aroma, with big fruit and lots of white bread, grass and light floral character. It's definitely a bit over-worked as far as the Brett is concerned; seems like the bottles were left too warm or perhaps not aged long enough (or both). Still, the primary yeast adds the esters you want, with no clove, bubble gum or banana and light malt behind it adding honey and biscuit with no alcohol or flaw.
In the mouth it's full of Brett. Perfume, lime zest and grass dominate with a high attenuation overall though still a malty, soft texture. Plentiful, expansive carbonation needs time to settle. Lots of fruity esters, with lemon, lime, peach and pear and mild pepper phenols lingering. No alcohol or flaw, but extremely heavy-handed with the Brett.

Soft haze to this bright peach-golden beer. Butter-tinged, white head fades quickly to nothing.
Pure peach skin funk is among the most powerful and well-expressed that I've come across in recent memory. While this certainly puts it front-and-center in the nose, it doesn't feel dominated by it. Soft funk, earth, tart Brett and biscuity wheat back it nicely and keep the aroma beer-centric. No alcohol or flaw. Very nice attenuation on the peach, as well.
In the mouth it's peachy-sweet with soft, richly-extracted malt and a good level of attenuation. Tight, spritzy carbonation helps disperse the peach and Brett acidity throughout, balancing the light juiciness and honey-like maltiness. Tons of funky skin and pit-like character with good tannin throughout. Almost a candied peach character on the end. Very rich, powerful, juicy beer. Maybe a touch too much so, overall, for me, but it's hard not to marvel at the clarity and intensity of how well they've done the peaches here.

Pours a dark, cola-black, with mid-sized, tan head. Aroma of roasted coffee, chocolate, vanilla. Flavor is lightly sweet, with coffee, chocolate, vanilla. No hint of alcohol/booze. Very smooth, with just a slightly bitter finish. This is the good stuff.

Pours a rather murky, yellow-brown, with mid-sized head. Aroma has some tropical and citrus fruit, some grass, some green onion. Flavor is very tropically-fruity, with a soft, slightly sweet mouthfeel, building to a rather bitter finish, with lots of pine-hop bite. Really tasty and good.

Pours a hazy, very light yellow, with mid-sized, well-lasting head. Aroma of tropical fruit is quite strong--almost verging into rotting tropical fruit territory. Flavors include heavy dose of tropical fruit, some citrus, a nice bite of pine/spruce hop in the finish. Very well-done beer with one of the prettiest labels I've ever seen.
