Can to tulip.
Appearance: one finger white foamy head slowly dissipates and left barely any lace, mostly clear yellow-tainted burnt orange sort of color
Aroma: stiff juicy hops somewhat intersecting with the malts at different times while I had this.
Flavor: sweet then bitter then back to sweet, then juicy then back to sweet, this beer seems like it doesn't know what it wants to be, seems to be all over the place
Texture: astringent through bitterness with some oily feels, light to medium bodied
Overall: this brewery says it's a Vermont IPA, but it makes me want to ask them - what do you consider a "Vermont IPA?" For me, I do not believe I would return to this.

16 oz. can. The aroma is very soft strawberry and light salt. The bitterness is attributed to the rhubarb. It is balanced by very mild berry. Flavor is pretty light, but also balanced. I don’t get a whole Lotta salt in here. It is surely is drinkable.

Canned 6/20/24, drunk 7/26/24. Clear, bright golden-maize. Medium-sized, well-retained, white head. Wow that's really expressive of the authentic Kolsch yeast. And exactly what you want. Not too much textile, but stronger fruit and not even as heavy on green apple. Pear and good acidity with a very clean presentation and gently supportive, honey-and-cracker-like malts. Brilliantly malty with good acidity and interesting pear and apple. Not-overdone, spicy hops balance deep, rich malts and there is good attenuation. Clean and incredibly flavorful with such a lovely, expressive yeast character. Well this was a pleasant surprise. Will have to try their other stuff now.

Pours a golden-amber colour with a white bubbly head, average retention and not much lacing, but a small ring around the top. Blackberries and caramel malt nose, with a touch of sour notes. Flavours of berries and light sourness. Malt lingers with some berry particles hitting the bottom. A decent milder blackberry sour.

Can at the house in Martha’s Vineyard - picked up from a bottle shop in VT. Pours lightly hazed orange-gold with ample particulate and a small, foamy off-white head. Light-medium sweet flavour with notes of toasted crackers, pine, orange rind. Medium bodied with fine to average carbonation. Subtly resinous finish, sweet ripening citrus, more lightly toasted crackery malts. Not bad, fairly old school.

Can (1/7/22) pour from trade with Johnnnniee--thanks, John! It's a cloudy orange-light brown with nice sparkle, 5-finger(!) pale beige foamy head with decent retention and splotchy soapy lacing. Aroma is strong citrus and pine with malt backbone. Taste is initial sweet and tart citrus followed by assertive, slightly astringent, pine and late bread. Mouthfeel is light-to-medium bodied with smooth texture, soft carbonation and crisp finish as taste. Overall, traditional IPA. OK.

Can from the store in Norwich Hazy orange amber color with a rocky white head that persists. Tropical fruity with bits of creamy sweet bread. Light sherry oxidation and earthy grassy notes. Pretty good.

Canned on 11-15-19. Pitch black color. Aroma is soft maple, slight coffee. Flavor shows me lasting chocolate with a subtle lasting maple after the sip. It never gets syrupy or overly sweet. Maybe a touch of bitter coffee.

Easter 2019 weekend in Vermont. Can that pours a slightly hazed golden-amber colour with a frothy off-white cap that last a while and creates thick foamy lacing. Fruity aromas of citrus like oranges and mango sweetness. Mild caramel base with the grassy hops eventually coming out. Thick mouthfeel that thins out a little with the light dryness in the finish. Fruity malts flavours with the citrus also coming from the hops, and the caramel background. A decent hoppy end that is kind of spicy and cuts the sweetness. Not bad, but not sure I can drink more in a shot.
