Poured into an English pint glass (proper/correct, yes).
The appearance was a burnt/glossy dark amber close to brown color color with a sustaining cap of a little white head. Light lacing.
The aroma starts off with some sweet apples lording over a glossy sweet spice with an ample sweet breadiness slyly rounding it all out.
The flavor takes it all in with a sly use of some fruity esters to round out a sweet clean malt base. Semi-sweet nice malty aftertaste with semi-sticky finish.
On the palate, this one sat about a light to medium on the body with a nice sessionable trait to it. Feels good on my tongue, move slyly with a somewhat sticky feel.
Overall, good English Bitter for the most part and would go nicely with it’s respected food. Yes, pass the fish n’ chips!

This was poured into a becher pint glass.
The appearance was a soft transparent burnt golden orange/yellow color with a bubbly to foamy white head that dissipated at a decent pace. Lacing is bubbly to foamy.
The smell has some resin up front with a big use of dried malts (somewhat toffee to caramel).
The flavor is basically the same. Dry sweet to burnt bitter hops ride into the flavor. Mainly bitter burnt hop aftertaste with finish.
On the palate, this one sat about a light on the body with a workable sessionability about it. Carbonation rides low. Throaty hop burn, but the ABV does feel appropriate.
Overall, okay, I’m slowly warming up to this one.

Can. A rousse looking beer with a fruity & malty caramel Aroma. Medium to light bodied with a clean semi-dry finish. Definitely more malt forward than US style IPAs, it delivers biscuit, light caramel, citrus and pine.

This was poured into a becher pint glass.
The appearance was a slight bronzed burnt orange to almost brown color flowing with a nice transparency about it.
The smell had some nice sweet to bitter citrus and pine combining nicely.
The flavor combines everything all together nicely. Light tobacco flavor underneath. Sly sweet to dry aftertaste. Quick dry malty finish.
On the palate, this one sat about a light to medium on the body with a fair sessionability about it. Carbonation rides at a nice pace.
Overall, good AIPA for the most part. I think I could come back to this,
