Can to English pint glass.
Appearance: ruddy burnt orange color with a two finger white foamy head which slowly dissipated to barely leave much lace.
Aroma: herbal and earthy English hops, clean malts, subtle biscuity/bready character further underneath
Flavor: mostly herbal and earthy smooth maltiness but not too sweet, it's somewhat biscuity, super smooth malty/earthy aftertaste
Texture: light to medium bodied, very sessionable, clean herbal finish
Overall: an ESB I would return to and would love to have again with some fish n' chips.

Pours dark cola into an English pint. Mocha head with good retention recedes leaving sheet lacing to coat surface. Dried chocolate covered pit fruit aromas. Spritzy with dark caramel, dried pit fruit and cocoa dust front to back. Medium length earthy licorice finish.

Can, from Vinyl Beer, Manhattan NYC (Jul 2025). Extremely hazy dark yellow like peach juice, small frothy light beige head, peach-orange aroma, adequate carbonation, medium bitter orange peel taste with mango and peach, somewhat thick body, long medium bitter finish. Solid NEIPA.

Taster at Paragon, 12/11/25. Dark brown color, thin beige head. Sweet, chocolate dominated, underlying roast. Smooth. Slightly cloying, but not overly so. Tasty, especially in small pours.

Panda thanks to Wingman. Hazy orange gold beer, decent bubbly pale cream colour head. Airy palate, semi dry, modest carbonation. Light pale malts, trace of grain, some creamy sweetness. Perfumey pine into candyish tangerine and mandarin peel. A little marmalade. Light and semi dry finish. Mildly amusing.

Light bodied pale malts, a little bread and a thin but forward creamy sweetness. Cooling pine. A very mild bitterness. Rich and slightly ripe citrus. Ripe stone fruits. Touch of El Dorado sakura. Airy and semi dry finish. Solid IPA.

Not intensely dark with some lighter tan shades and a medium-sized, tan head that recedes steadily to light cover. Some chunky floaties in the bottom.
Rich fudge but not too sweet, as it's cut with dark chocolate and lactose. This one seems to have a bit more lactose character than usual, but I can't imagine there's any more actual lactose in it. Still a well-constructed nose with caramel, minimal roast, lots of chocolate and playful fudge.
Soft and lightly creamy with a rich, elegant fudginess. No excess sugar here, though I still get the lactose, albeit it's not horrendously prevalent. Like the last few GD's I've had, it's just a well-made, malty, well-attenuated beer. Really nice to see a "double fudge" addition that doesn't result in a sweet beer.

Draft at Ashland Ale House. Muddled orange slightly foamy head. Grassy and citrusy. Tatses of orange, herbs and flowers. Slick palate. Could use more bite.

Fresh yeast and softly floral, moderately herbal hops balanced by crackery, lightly bready malts. Maybe a hint of powdered sugar-like character, but not insanely aromatic.
Sort of see where it's coming from in the flavor. Almost tastes corn-like, with a good deal of sweetness that leans on yeastiness and bread to dry it, rather than the hops which only provide a kiss of bitterness up front before fading completely. The end result is too much corny sweetness, a bit sluggish in body and various bread and grass notes lingering. Pretty disappointing when you consider these two top-notch breweries.
