16 oz can. Deep amber color. Aroma if toffee, toasted grain, spice. Flavor shows toasted grain, caramel with grassy and spicy hop notes. Body is medium with a dry bitter finish. A hybrid between a Vienna lager and a Czech Pilsner. Real good.

16 oz. Aroma and flavor are a mirror. Upfront it shows hay / Cereal grain and a moderate level of sweetness. Light honey notes. Mild lingering bitterness but I can’t seem to find any real bold hop flavor. Very light body and refreshing. Overall, still a proper pils.

Pours clear dark gold into a shaker. Bright white soapy head with good retention recedes leaving gloppy lacing. Sweet caramel malt aromas. Soft with hot caramel, wet straw and bark upfront turning to mild bitter earth and pine in the lasting finish.

Can from Bierwax: pours a pinkish peachy color with a small white head. Aroma is blackberry with some mineral notes. Taste is somewhat sour, acidic, blackberry, some light citrus notes, with a salty finish.

Pours clear light gold into a shaker. Bright white head with little retention recedes to mottle surface. Sourdough and hay aromas. Crisp with sourdough and straw front to back. Lasting bitter earth and pith finish.

Pours clear yellow into a kolsch glass. Perfect bright white head with excellent retention. Cracker and hay aromas. Crisp with sweet hay and straw and marshmallow upfront turning to slightly sour malt before the lasting bitter earth finish.

Can. Slight plum hue in the color. Aroma is lemon acid, sour berry, wheat. Flavor is exactly as expected. Blackberry is not as pronounced as I thought it would be. Well made.

Pours murky mahogany into a shaker. Tan head bubbles and recedes to nothing. Toffee aromas. Soft and flat with sweet toffee and earthy hops front to back. Lasting sour earth finish. Not sure this is as intended - lowest quality Schilling to-date.

Pours bright clear mahogany into a stem glass. Tan head with good retention recedes to skim surface. Sweet molasses and brown bread aromas. Soft with toffee and molasses upfront turning to toasted brown bread in the medium length finish.

Can, from Beer Run. Pours extremely hazy dark yellow, almost like orange juice, large foamy off-white head, pineapple-mango aroma, medium carbonation, medium bitter apricot-mango-citrus taste, smooth somewhat thick body, long finish. Juicy!
