Macadamia, chocolate malt, alcohol, ash, and hay aroma. Black with large brown head. Moderately sweet macadamia, chocolate malt, and moderately bitter alcohol and dry hay flavor. Nice body. A bit boozy but nice - really like the macadamia flavor.

Pint can. slightly hazy yellow pour with a big sudsy white head that has excellent retention and crazy lacing. Aroma is a blast of mixed citrus dominated by sweet grapefruit. The taste is lemons, guava, mango and something that comes across as a bit of pineapple. The palate is full and viscous. Finishes a bit short and dry. Overall: decent pale ale. paired well with some pistachios.
