On tap @ Beer Temple. Clear dark red-brown color. Very dense beige head. Aroma’s: red fruit, sweet, vanilla, herbal, a bit of roast, and only retronasal a little smoke is coming through. Flavor is lightly sweet, roasted. Light bodied. Roasted finish.

On tap at Beer Temple. Slightly hazy golden orange colour, white head. Aroma of strong spice, like cardamon (probably the bay leaves), light Brett funk, lime. Flavour is medium sweet, light peppery, strong spice, again very cardamon-like and a little like eucalyptus, light lime, light tart, spicy and light peppery finish. Light-bodied. A bit too spicy imo.

25 cl. draft @ Delirium Tap House. Apparently made from the late running of a DIPA. Paler golden with an average solid white head, almost looks a bit cask. Mellow USA hop in the nose, sweet grains, sweeter citrus peel, flowers & herbs. Taste is light hops, citrus & floral, quite a bit of grains, sweet herbs, flowers, touch peel. Quite heavily grainy. Agreeable, this could be quite a thing if they could make this dirt cheap which seems like an option given the production process.

Draft @ Mikkeller Bar, Copenhagen. Pours a slightly hazy amber color with a small off-white head. Has a fruity malty spicy hoppy caramel aroma. Sweetish malty hoppy bitter caramel flavor. has a sweetish malty spicy hoppy bitter caramel finish.

Draft @ Delirium Taphouse, Brussels. Dorée claire, couleur paille, col blanc épais. Arôme est agréablement houblonné, le tout gardant un bouquet tirant vers la drêche, note de carapils, munich malt. Le côté IPA ressort bien surtout au niveau des houblons. Palais est ici léger et une bière facile à boire, désaltérante. Palais est frais, citronné avec un résiduel herbacé prononcé. Seul bémol est un palais qui demeure sec avec ce profil grains qui tend alors à dominer le tout peut être un peu.

Draft. Light pepper and sour barley malt aroma with a bit of funk. Golden yellow with small head. Sour milk, wood smoke and light malt flavor - only a slight hint of the peppers. Pretty mild - was hoping the pepper flavor would come out more.

Draft. Light balsamic vinegar and chocolate aroma. Black/brown with small head. Sweet toffee malt and light vinegar flavor. Tart orange peel finish. Surprisingly light with alcohol well hidden. Light but tasty.
