(Bottle, vintage 2018, as "Cuvée Tradition") Golden amber colour with frothy, off-white head. Fruity nose with red apples, barnyard, dried apricots, orange peel and spices. Fruity, tart taste with notes of dried apples, hay, apricots, orange peel, a touch of cumin, funky yeast and a generous, and slightly harsh, acidity in the finish. Medium body, medium-dry. Well balanced and tasty cider with a generous funky acidity. Very nice.

(Bottle) Golden colour with foamy, white head. Fruity nose with yellow apples, hay, citrus and hints of yeast. Fruity taste with notes of yellow apples, hay, citrus and yeast. Dry, tart and slightly harsh finish. More than medium body, dry. Solid and well made dry cider. Very nice.

Bottle. Brutus, Lille. Very nice Sarrasin crepes in here. Mostly clear pale gold. Slim white ring. Crisp light easy drinking with the Calvados barrel giving some funk and tannins. Definitely sweeter than the description suggests but that was fine by me. Classy bev.

75cl bottle. Pours slightly misty gold, good effervescence, quite lively. Aroma of fresh cut grass, green apple. Flavour profile of apple pommace, distinct apple skin, fresh green apple crunch, wet grass with some moderate coarse tannin, oak barrel. Interesting, characterful demi sec. Very good.

750ml wired cork bottle from RAD Beer. Demi-sec, 2021 Vintage at 3.5%. Opened with a loud pop. Clear pale golden colour, big white foam head that dissipates and aroma of fleshy apple, fruit, caramel. Taste is sweet, juicy apple, fruity, some flesh, caramel, funky notes, with balanced acidity and mellow drying tannin. Medium bodied, soft carbonation, medium sweet tannic finish. Nicely drinkable.

Bottle from Westhill Service Station. It pours clear golden - blonde with a thick, fluffy white head. The aroma is deep funk , barnyard, musty, light mature, apple skin, crunchy apple, touch of melon, pear drops and damp oak. The taste is crispy, dry, bright, snappy, sweet - sour, ripe apple, dried apple, melon, pear drops, white grape dry oak, tannin, touch of fizzy sherbet, funk is more mellow than on the snout and leathery apple skin with a shirt, dryish finish. Average body and moderate, fluffy carbonation. Quite bright, fruity and funky. Moreish.

Bottle. Slight hazy golden. Nice farmyard funk, sweet apple, light straw, apple peel, leathery. Medium sweet. Medium bodied and medium dry. Lovely!
