Sample at Funk Asheville. Hazy to cloudy deep golden color, white head. Aroma has stone fruit, tannins, vanilla. Taste is softly sour and fruity with some vinous characteristics. Very tasty.

Draft Extreme Beer Fest 2016. Aroma shows me yeast with a white grapes, spice and a funky oak.
Flavor is pretty delicate. White wine is found throughout the sip with Lightly spice yeast, oak tannins and a light floral trace. Medium in body that leans on light with an ample amount of carbonation. Very mild sour oak in the finish. Pretty drinkable and worth a sample for sure.

Draft Extreme Beer Fest 2016. Cloudy amber in color with full lasting head. Aroma is Fruity Belgian yeast with a nuance of banana.
Flavor does show a light traces of peanut butter with the yeast being the focal point of the brew. The banana comes out in the yeast. Medium in body with a lower carbonation level. Unfermented sugar in the finish. The brew did hit the mark for what they were after but… damn it ends really sweet.
