Description
At The Unknown Brewing Company we are more than just a name. A name does not mean you make good beer, and good beer does not have to have a name.

Our job is to stand out. We are the open road with no destination. We are your first kiss or your last time jumping out of an airplane, or whatever your wildest adventure is. We are The Unknown.

So if you need us to have a name, make one up. If you make one up we prefer you call us something with adventure, or America, or dragons or something epic. That would be awesome. All we know is that we are good people whose mission is to make really great beer and have fun doing it. So our call to you... Step into the Unknown

Pour is a murky orange with a large white head. Aroma is a caramel malt with a pine hop, ho-hum. Flavor is more of the same, although not as sweet as I thought it would be. Some pine hop and a chewy malt follows. About as average as a IPA can be.

Can. Plain old beery smell, pretty fresh on the nose. Somewhat cloudy yellow with a big rocky white head. Good carbonation, cutting at times. Taste is on par with a cheap pale lager. Perhaps some hints of wheat beer in there. Yes, now I think its somewhat like a cross between mild hefe and a wheat ale. Grows on ya. Now that I’m at the bottom of the can, there are particles floating in it.

On tap at BW3s Atlanta Airport. Pours a hazy orange yellow with small frothy white head that lasts. The aroma is strong ginger and citrus. Medium mouth, wheat, ginger, light spice finish, decent.
