Description
At The Unknown Brewing Company we are more than just a name. A name does not mean you make good beer, and good beer does not have to have a name.
Our job is to stand out. We are the open road with no destination. We are your first kiss or your last time jumping out of an airplane, or whatever your wildest adventure is. We are The Unknown.
So if you need us to have a name, make one up. If you make one up we prefer you call us something with adventure, or America, or dragons or something epic. That would be awesome. All we know is that we are good people whose mission is to make really great beer and have fun doing it. So our call to you... Step into the Unknown

Uhhh I fell asleep before finishing this but it had great vanilla and chocolate notes (chocolate from the whiskey barrels). Nice and not overly roasty. I think I have another can somewhere here

Pours like hell, but to be fair I was lazy pouring it, but tons of honey upfront, chocolate and vanilla throughout, suspiciously good for the way it foamed up. A bit too effervescent now that I've had more, and some odd bitter back sometimes. Still good

Sample at the 6th Annual Craft Beer Festival by The Community Tap on 04/21/2018. Cloudy reddish-orange color with a thin white head that dissipates quickly to a sparse outer ring. Spotty lace. Aroma of tart fruit, yeast and malt. Medium body with flavors of tart citrus, champagne yeast and bready malt. The finish is mildly tart with a fruity aftertaste. Decent overall.
