On tap at Vitamin B in Sofia, pours a mostly clear orange with a single ring of white head. Nose has orange, white wine vinegar, still apple cider, acetic, some rotting pineapple. Flavor is well balanced actually, fish pepper, tart green apple, raw grapefruit, white wine vinegar. Finishes oily, lightly peppery and medium-high acid. Weird, but not a dumpster fire.

Tap at Arendsnest in the sun, 31st July 18. Pours clear and golden. Aroma is grain, aromatic, pleasant. Taste is clean, straw, grass, grain, light bitter. Good. Refreshing

Keg a tight Vitamin B - Sofia. Pours unclear honey-gold with a foamy, white head. Nice aroma, some tangy citrus, a little wood, zest. Light sweet flavour with sturdy acidity, lemon and lime, a little oily citrus peel, soft woody dryness, a little white wine vinegar. Medium bodied with fine carbonation. Quenching finish, further citric bite, tart tangerine, lemon, some more mellow citrus peel bitterness. Overall, very good stuff.

15cl pour at Proeflokaal Ardensnest pours a clear gold with some sticky, white head. Nose is nice, green grapes, white wine, apricots, floral. There is a neat sort of Sauternnes thing happening in the nose and flavor. Honey on the tongue, apricot, green grape, oooh... funk now, poopy, minerally. Wow, huh. A touch drier and this could pass for a BA Hill Farmstead. 8 4 9 4 16

Bottled, batch #2, with Cascade. Aroma has bubblegummy Brett, hay, rustic and minerally notes, pineapple fruit. Dry and spicy in taste, minerally, some funky Brett. Dont know what versions others have tasted, but this is simply wonderful stuff.

Bottle at tasting. Aroma of horseblanket, tart, citrus, bready malt and funky barnyard. Aroma of juicy pineapple, citrus, horseblanket, tart, funky barnyard and really funky hoppy finish. Really good.

Golden colour with light haze. Aroma has nice funk and sour, sharp fruits. Flavour is pleasantly tart. Really light and smooth. Very well balanced.
