Bottle: Poured a clear golden color ale with a large white foamy head with excellent retention and some good amount of lacing. Aroma of dry floral hoppy notes with some light tart and funky notes. Taste is a mix of tart and funky notes with some nice dry flora Saaz hops notes which are will paired with the Brett yeasty notes. Body is about average with good carbonation. Similar to Orval but maybe lacking a little bit of attenuation but great beer nonetheless.

Bottle from Twin Sails, Port Moody
Cloudy golden-amber color, generous head, the bottle was slowly gushing. Very nice aroma, very funky, the Brett is very evident. The mouthfeel is extremely dry, the Brett is somehow present, less than in the aroma, it has an interesting gentle fruity character; the final is mildly astringent but also too weak.
Good, not very complex.

Pinkish colour. Not much head. The aroma shows a lot of pedio, and some light barrelly notes. Tart, like bracing acidity, with a barrel note, and a light fruity note. More complex on the palate, with a funkier brett note, and the pedio is really dropped off.

Taster at TS with Alex. Pours a hazy pale copper with a weak head. Aroma is lots of grapes and some barrel. Taste is very acidic with lots of grapes but not really good balanced IMO. A bit of nail polisher. Not very pleasant and too acidic.

2018-05-10, tasting at Oakes' Manor, bottle, 7-3-7-2-14=33
The wine is more evident in the aroma, the moderate acidity is pleasant, the vegetable note is not necessary; light buttery/doughy note in the final.
Ok beer.

2018-05-06, draught at Twin Sails, Port Moody, 6.7%, 6-3-7-3-14=33
Cloudy copper-amber colour. Mild fruity and so it aroma. Dry mouthfeel, moderate acidity, some wood tannins, mildly vinous, not as short final as the other 2 releases tasted today.
Ok Sour, uncomplicated.

Taster at the brewery with Alex. Pours a bit hazy pale golden with a white head. Aroma is fruity with lots of barrel notes, nice. Taste is moderately to high acidic with some slight nail polisher notes. Quite good, but I would prefer less acidity.
