Poured from 500mL bottle (thanks Jeremy). Hazy copper orange with minimal white head. Medium-high acidity, the squash only comes through super feintly on the nose along with a super feint hint of oak and phenols. A bit vinegary like early Temporal beers. Verging on enamel stripping, but still bearable as a sipper. Okay.

Poured from 500mL bottle (thanks Jeremy). Clear-ish deep gold with small white head. Very feint oak, medium tart acidity, background has a hint of wine grapes (comes across a bit more as a white wine character). Decent. I think the age really helped smooth out the acidity.

Light clear yellow body and modest foam. Aroma is good white wine, vinegar, soft foeder notes. Taste is good sour wine funk, lemony grain, ending with a dry finish. Rather thin but its heart is in the right place.

Poured from 500mL bottle @ Black Valentines. Dry, subdued brett and funk, oak, hint of astringency. Seems past it’s prime.

500ml bottle from High Point. Pours an opaque murky golden with a white head. Aroma is funky, fruity, barrel and brett notes. Taste is more simple, funky, quite carbonated and acidic with some barrel notes. I wish this would be less acidic and more balanced. It is just not bad.

500mL bottle, pours a cloudy dark orange amber with a small beige head. Aroma brings out lots of squash, with tart fruits and oak barrels. Flavour is very spicy, with lots of earthy squash, spicy clove, and sour, acidic notes. Not sure what they were thinking; this isn't good.

500mL bottle, pours a hazy dark amber with a small beige head. Aroma brings out lots of grapes, pinot noir barrels, and oak. Flavour is highly acidic, with tons of sharp grapes, balsamic intensity, and oak. Very harsh, acidic as hell, and also acetic as hell. Lacking cohesion or integration. Very difficult to drink. Not impressed.

500mL bottle, pours a cloudy golden with a small white head. Aroma brings out lots of oak upfront, with some white wine barrels, and some subtle wild yeast. Flavour reveals lots of wild yeast upfront, with plenty of funky critters, white wine barrels, and oak. Nicely structured, with a dry, oaky, wild yeast finish.

Bottle - Nice light funk, lemon and some peach. Clearish light yellow gold with a small white head. Soured lemon, peach and a weird funk.

Hazy, tan. Light brett, touch of gooseberry and green grapes. Tart, barrely, some vinous notes, woody. This is nice and funky...more funky than balanced or refined, but I like it.
