Bottled at Copenhagen Beer Festival. Hazy amber, no head. Spicy bready nose. Mid-sweet and very fruity with medium body, Plenty of marzipan, caramel abound but low on hops. No bitterness. A bit more life in this beer than other Schoune beers I sampled in Copenhagen.

Bottled at Copenhagen Beer Festival. Clear golden, minimal head. ruit ynose. Sweet with some glue mixed into the herbal spices. Fruity with medium body, low on hops. Overall rather subtle: spices, hops, yeast character and glue all stand in each corner without wanting to come out in the spotlight. With limp malt character and such shy flavours you are not going anywhere fast.

Bottled @ Copenhagen 2010. Big buttery mess. I appreciate the effort the brewmaster put in it, also to serve me a proper glass. But the beer just isn’t good, and it certainly is pronounced between all the good Danish brews, but not in a good way...
