Bottle at KØ10. Almost clear golden colour. No head. The flavour is quite sweet, sugary even. Hint of spicy. OK.

KØ10. Mild spicy flavour. Quite sweet, but OK. Cloudy dark amber/brown colour. Almost no head.

KØ10. Mild malty aroma. Cloudy yellow colour, some floaties. Small stable white head. The flavour is malty and sweetish. Hint of grain in the finish.

clear dark brown, smooth white head. berryish , chocolate, toffee aroma. faint berryish soursih. flavor is toffee, dark caramel, sort of faint smoked, thin english porter like beer with a fruity touch. doesn’t taste good.

cloudy yellow, smooth white head. aroma is fruity, slightly smoked, a bit flattis. flavor is faint yellow fruity, faint flowery, pretty boring, and the mix is not good. palate is slimey.

bottle, gushed quite a lot onto Plovand’s wooden terace floor, but we had some left to rate. clear dark orange, smooth white head. aroma is dry sweet caramelly, faint sulphurish, flavor is slightly smoked, sweet caramelly, faint spicy. faint metal.

cloudy brown, smooth offwhite head. (small) aroma is sort of similar to well oaked puke. Could be a sour, or could be an infected something else. flavor is sort of oaked badness. Very interesting infection. Hard to drink.

Bottled@CPH BeerFest2010. Deep amber colour, small beige head. Aroma is berries, sweet malts, some dry smoked wood as well as mild ashes. Flavour is dark dry fruits, wood, alcohol,some mild notes of sugar. Interesting rather sweet, but dry porter.

Bottled at Copenhagen Beer Festival. Hazy amber, no head. Spicy bready nose. Mid-sweet and very fruity with medium body, Plenty of marzipan, caramel abound but low on hops. No bitterness. A bit more life in this beer than other Schoune beers I sampled in Copenhagen.
