Bottle hand delivered by Duchammer: Poured a copper orange with finger off white head. Aroma is huge citrus/grapefruit hops, very fresh. Awesome harsh hops slap you in the mouth, more citrus/grapefruit, semi balancing malt character towards the back, and drying finish.

Bottle from Safeway Lahaina, in our appartment, Kanapali beach 24/04/14. Clear golden amber with a good sized off white head that retains well. Nose is papaya, caramel, light spice, tropicana, honeycomb, apricot, pineapple. Taste comprises bitter orange, caramel, spice, candied orange peel, light yeast tones, mellow fruits, sliver of honey, this holds up very well for 8.5%, well tempered with a pinch of spice and a malty base it doesnβt ever get too sweet or cloying. Medium + body, fine carbonation, smooth on the palate, light boozedom at the curtain call. This was a new brewery for me and this beer far surpassed my expectations. Solid Belgian offering.

Bottle in our appartment in Maui, from Safeway Lahaina, 25/04/14. Lightly hazed golden amber with a good sized off white covering that retains well. Nose is bitter hops, pink grapefruit, citric pithdom, sharp tangerine intake, grassy tones. Taste comprises light mineral vibes, pine, bitter grapefruit, juicy hops, orange pith, sweet malt, light caramel. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi aggressive hop bitterness in the close. Solid IPA - this brewery was probably the find of my trip to the United Rates in terms of never having heard of them and both beers I had were excellent. sank this bomber on my ownsome in double quick time!

Bottle. Honey golden, low offwhite head. Spicy honeyish nose, cherry notes are certainly there. Medium body, light viscous mouthfeel. Nice fruity (also pineapple, berries) and honeyish base flavour, lavender, restrained yeastyness - well conditioned. Dangerously drinkable aromatic brew.

22 oz bottle. Amber, low head, restrained carbonation. Green hop vine aroma, citric, tropical, light pine notes on a biscuit and wild honey malt base. Medium full body, fine sparkly mouthfeel, minimal sticky resin. Nice hop profile, really pleasant to drink.
