Tap. Pours hazy deep hickory, small beige head, good lacing. Aroma is dry roast, vanilla, root beer, blackstrap molasses, earthy. Flavor is light plus sweet, light plus bitter, roasty and earthy with vanilla notes. Medium body, soft mouthfeel. Good.

Tap. Pours clear amber gold, medium white head, good lacing. Aroma is very light and oddly floral, pine, hint of aspirin. Flavor is light plus sweet, medium plus bitter, floral with aspirin notes. Lightish body. Ungreat.

Tap. Pours lightly hazy peach, large white head, dissipates slowly, nice laciing. Strong woody white wine aroma, vanilla, stone fruit, tannins, barrels, staves. A few buggy notes as well. Flavor is quite light tart, light funk, something fruity that i guess is yuzu? Light body, soft mouthfeel. Very interesting, but i can't quite get on board

Tap. Pours clear pink, small white head, decent lacing. Aroma îs grassy, floral, grains of paradise, Belgian yeast, black pepper. Flavor has a hint of sweetness, light plus tart, a tad herbal. Light body.

Pitch black color. White head. Really nice big coconut, bourbon and chocolate nose, but not too sweet or cloying. Fairly dry, tons of bourbon, chocolate and coconuts, medium carbonation. Light body. Warming finish. Mouthfeel could a bit better but love the depth.

Bottle from a local ABC store in Maui. Honey & passion fruit Saison. 12oz tumbler. Pillowy, slow moving head. Light orange/grapefruit color. Smells of unidentifiable sharp fruit & malt. Nothing grand. Sharp, fruity, bitter, odd toasted grain. Flavor isn't something I'm after. Think long enough about it & it does give you some meh fermented floral honey botanicals, but also that plastic flavor you sometimes find in mead. Thin, softly carbed & a touch too boozy. Meh.

A dark golden amber ale with a thin lacing off white head. In aroma, sweet fruity caramel malt with light grassy hops, light ginger, faint orange, nice. In mouth, a nice sweet fruity caramel malt with light grassy hops, curacao, light alcohol warmth, very nice. On tap at brewery.

A pinkish saison with a thin white head. In aroma, sweet fruity malt with banana esters, cloves, light hibiscus, nice. In mouth, a nice sweet fruity banana malt with cloves, light mineral notes, light tropical fruits, pleasant. On tap at brewery.
