Aromat mało wyrazisty ale w smaku sporo się dzieje. Dużo tropików, żółtych owoców, białe winogrona, delikatnie pudrowe. Barwa złota, mętne, piana redukuje się do niskiej, ładnie oblepia szkło. Goryczka średnia z pestkowo-zestowa. Gładkie, soczyste, owocowe, fajny balans między słodyczą a goryczką. Bardzo dobre.

Tap at Brew Wild Pizza Bar. Very milky yellow, tiny white head, nonlasting. Strong citrusy hoppy nose with lots of sweet tropical notes. Mild bitterness, very melliw with hints of fruity sweetness. Mild aftertaste. Medium light body. Super fresh and summery. Very drinkable.

Dur de passer un style de 'dark lager' dans une mer d'IPA - donc voilà une belle offre de Gross.
Couleur cuivre, col épais crémeux blanc-cassé.
Arôme sur un bouquet léger malté caramel, grillé, petite note de fruits noirs repris en retrait pa run houblonné délicat sur le floral et terreux. Je note aussi le côté discret de la levure 'lager' avec qcq fins esters.
Palais sur un léger malté pâl, petite note de grillé avec des allures de pils en retrait - léger caramel rappelant ce côté 'flash caramelised' avec un effet CZ en retrait srutout avec la levure et les houblons nobles - léger terreux voire herbacé en infusion.
Pour moins, bière servie un peu trop froide et qui s'est améliorée après un gros 15-20min à t° ambiante.

Draught, half pint @Oflanaghans, Compostela. 24/08/2024 [#7.633 Global - #1.473 Spain - #13 Gross] Pours murky yellow with a diminishing white head. Aroma: ripe pineapple, white grapes and lychee. Taste: ripe pineapple. Mellow fruits. Next one, please!

Cloudy beige beer, small creamy white head, a little stable, non adhesive. Aroma: fruity, citrus notes, tropical fruits, pretty dank, a hint of garlic?? MF: ok carbon, medium body. Taste: a bit sourish, tropical fruits, juicy, some mango, pineapple, dank hops, citrus notes. Aftertaste: soft bitterness, tropical fruits, a bit sweet, papaya and mango, guava, nice one!

Cloudy orange beige beer, no head, very adhesive beer, like sticky fruit puree. Aroma: very sourish impression, lots of passion fruits, funky, mango, lime, not too bad! MF: soft carbon, medium to full body, texture of creamy potato puree. Taste: sourish start, a bit fruity, acidic, bitter touch, fruity notes, thick, mango, guava. Aftertaste: bitter touch, a bit dryish, very sour, fruity, some tropical fruits, interesting but not a big fan of the texture.
