A golden ale with a thin lacing white head. In aroma, sweet fruity malt with ground cherries, lactic acid and Brett, wooden notes, pleasant and smooth. In mouth, a nice mix of tart sweet cherries, light Brett, Epsom salts, very nice and smooth. On tap at Corner Bar, Orléans ON.

500mL bottle, pours a hazy golden blonde with a small white head. Aroma brings out a very nice white wine Riesling character upfront, some gentle wild critters, and light farmhouse notes. Flavour reveals a really nice Riesling character upfront, with a touch of wild yeast. It's not overly complex, but the Riesling character is really nice.

Hamilton Tiger-Cats can with their yellow and black colour. Can that pours a golden clear colour with hardly any carbonation, a white bubbly cap leaving a little ring. Cereal grain aromas with some sweetness, and light hops to balance things. Same for the taste, but milder as 4.4% ABV but with a nice crisp mouthfeel. Very smooth dryness in the finish. The hops really come out nice in the end. A very nice mild lager.

Pours a clean (gets hazier as it pours) rosé-amber colour with a slight pinkish-white cap, not lasting very long and just leaving a ring of tiny bubble foam around the brew. Beautiful blend of fruity aromas with the sourness. Notes of cherries, berries and mild grapes. The flavours show light funk with the wild ale part, and some nice red wine hints. Nothing comes out too strong in here, but a nice balance between the wild funk and the aging with a little Pinot Noir.

Nicely soured, the dry hopping is mild and very well balanced. The Beer is rather neutral with the sourness dominating the flavour. But its good. Sk co-op

Pours a light murky, dark brown colour with a frothy beige-pink head leaving a nice thin creamy top and ring. Balsamic, apple vinegar aromas with hints of black cherries. Well-hidden alcohol (showing 7.3% ABV.), with not much warming, and fairly thin. The sour-vinegar taste are well-blended with the hops which cut this with some decent dryness. The cherries are mild here as well, but still all nicely brewed in this good Cherry sour ale.

(500ml bottle shared by Herbalist, thanks!) Pours lightly hazed pale blond with a decent white head and lace. Notes of pale cereals and white bread, prominent saison yeast with a slightly phenolic-side profile, soft white grape and tropical fruit edges, somewhat crisp and mineral, light dried hay sort of Brett funk that's more noticable in the nose, finishing very dry with lingering cereals, yeast and soft grape. Lightish body, smooth bottle condition carbonation. Solid stuff but the grapes don't contribute a ton and it never really lifts off.

Can from The Gull, North Vancouver, tag 26JUN20, 2.5 months old
Cloudy blond colour. Nice hop character, refreshing, peach, sweet citrus; it's off-dry, with delicate malt base, moderately juicy; fairly low bitterness (although it states 40 IBU on the can).
Pleasant.
