473ml can. Pours a hazy gold-yellow with bits of yeast that sinks to the bottom and a medium, foamy, long lasting, white head that leaves thick patches of lace. Sweet fruity aroma of wheat malt, tangerine, mango, pineapple, peach and melon. Sweet fruity flavour of bready wheat malt, tangerine, apricot, peach, mango, pineapple, melon and earthy yeast in a dry, mild bitter, light hop resin finish. Medium body with an oily texture and soft carbonation. Very juicy and easy to drink.

This brew is a cloudy straw color with a medium white head that dissipates steadily to a film. Strings of lace. Aroma of funky yeast, citrus, hops and malt. Medium body with flavors of funky grapefruit, herbal hops, yeast and malt. The finish is tart and moderately bitter with a citrusy hop aftertaste. Above average overall.

Super super light and crystal clear. Has the dryness and funk of a nice saison. The grapes come through a lot and give it a very wine-like taste, like very. Bottle in sk brought back from toronto

500ml bottle with a label that writes 7% ABV. even though their site still lists 6.3%. Lightly hazy, light-golden colour with a smaller white cap but some decent lacing. Brett aromas of earthiness, wild sourness with some oak notes that blend with the vanilla hints. The taste is sour with some nice fruitiness. Not much lingers. Slight tart, slight dryness. Oh, now I see that this one is 12 months in the barrel, as opposed to 4 months originally. Nothing too fancy in the mouth, but the rest is nice to try.

A hazed murky dark rosey ale with a thin lacing white head. In aroma, wonderful mix of tart cherry, light lactic notes, cheese, loads of Brett, very nice and earthy. In mouth, a nice tart mix of tart cherry, loads of Brett, ground cherries, lactic acid notes, very nice complex. On tap at Lupulus.

500mL bottle, pours a hazy copper orange with a small white head. Aroma is bone dry, with lots of wood, some vinous notes and gentle wild yeast. Flavour is quite funky and wild, with lots of barnyard funk, vinous notes (white wine), lightly tart citrus, and wood. Woody and wild. Excellent.

On tap. Pours a clear copper color with light head. Seems to be Riesling and apple juice. A tart fruity summer time beverage. Be that as it may, very nice.
