Bottle at Brian's
Hazy blond colour. Yeasty, mildly spicy; it doesn't have a clear Saison character, nor a clear Brett character, but overall it's a decent beer.

500mL bottle, pours a cloudy blonde with a small white head. Aroma brings out brett funk upfront, with rustic saison yeast, and biscuity malt. Flavour is along the same lines, with tropical fruits, rustic saison yeast, and a touch of funk. Nicely balanced, with an assertive carbonation. Pleasant.

Hazy, Light tan. This has a vinous note on the nose, with a touch of brett. There's a nice vinous taste, quite yeasty, and again a touch of brett. Finishes quite yeasty, with maybe a touch of fruity hop.

500mL bottle, pours a cloudy gold-tinged yelow with a small white head. Aroma brings out bright peaches upfront, with a touch of wild yeast. Flavour is along the same lines, with bright, tart peaches. Not a whole lot else to speak of. Gently acidic. Solid.

Slight haze, dirty blonde colour. Light peachy notes, with a mellow yeasty accent, and a hint of pale malt. I like it - a good saison with a hint of tartness and a fair bit of peach.

500mL bottle, pours a cloudy yellow with a small white head. Aroma brings out lots of dank citra hops upfront, with plenty of wild yeast. Flavour is quite complex, with dank hops and wild yeast in good harmony. Harmonious and complex. Very good.

Cloudy, hazy. Medium head. The aroma is heavy on the pedio, with litterbox (thanks, citra!) pale malts and a touch of brett. Light tartness, clean pale malts. Again, some pedio, with a touch of pear/peach fruitiness. Ok, definitely some faults but not bad.
