Can: Poured an amber color ale with a medium size foamy head with good retention and some lacing. Aroma of cinnamon and cloves with lightly caramelized malt notes. Taste is also a mix of caramelized malt notes with some cinnamon and light cloves notes. Body is about average with good carbonation. Enjoyable pumpkin ale with good drinkability.

A slight haze, bright, very light yellowish colour with a frothy white cap, good stay and some foamy lacing. Lime juice aromas over mild malts. A mild, thin mouthfeel with a touch of dryness. Lime juice flavours, but not really sour. Just nicely balanced with the light malt base. A very light lager with a touch of fresh lime juice. Good for those who like it mild.

Can from the LCBO. Clear very dark mahogany under a large foamy khaki coloured head that recedes slowly leaving tight lace. Nose is roasted malt, light caramel and chocolate with coconut, tropical fruit, nectarine, grass and pine. Light caramel sweetness with a medium- dark chocolate, pine and grass bitterness. Mouth is medium and creamy with average carbonation and a lingering bitter finish.

bready caramel malt with solid fruit hoppiness on the nose. Taste hits the same blend - a dense sweet, dark malt profile with citrus pulp and rind hops over top. Tasty with a solid IPA bite.

A really enjoyable, modern pilsner. A thin white head on a pale, clear yellow body. Nose is big on classic sweet pilsner malt, slightly fruity yeast and a touch of citrus hops. The tastes are fresh and classic with a nice citrus hop addition. Solid carbonation keeps it clean and refreshing. Nice job.

I don't know why people are being shy on this one. It's a home run. A dense deep tan head with solid lacing and retention on a near black body. The nose leads with punchy fresh ground coffee with earthy hops and some chocolate. The fresh coffee is prominent in the taste profile, but citrus hops really step up to balance it. Touches of buttery toffee, chocolate, nutmeg and lavender add to a superior blend. One of the best Canadian bipa's out there imho.

A smooth palate pleasing seasonal ale. Starts with a lovely, dense off-white/light tan head on a clear mahogany body. The nose is restrained with touches of yeast, brown sugar, rye and some spice. The blend on this beer is seamless. A real attribute. Tastes of rye, cereal, honey, ripe plums, a touch of belgianish yeast and seasonal spices, but the spices are not overdone which I like. Medium carbonation. Not tasting any overt hops, but you know they are underneath there somewhere. Some sweetness, but a very clean finish. Not feeling the 8% abv, which works fine for me. I was expecting more bite from this beer, but am more than happy with what I am tasting. Subtle and nicely crafted.

A minimalist white head on a clear golden body. Nose is caramel and tropical fruit. This is a nicely balanced, slightly understated IPA. Citrus and resiny hops, a splash of tropical fruit, dark caramel and sweet malt make up a clean, accessible taste profile. A medium/low carbonation level adds to the smoothness and creamy texture. Very drinkable.
