Description

Pours a slightly unfiltered caramel-amber colour with a light beige head that is smaller, but leaves a decent coat on the beer. The malty nose gives out fruity notes, nuttiness and a caramel background. The taste is where the hops shine. They create a real dry mouthfeel with some bitterness. This overpowers the maltiness and biscuit touch. Some rusty hints lingers a little. So, a little too hoppy for my likings for the style.

Pours a hazy golden colour with an orange hue. The head is big, off-white, warm, frothy, bubbly, long lasting and lacing is thick, creamy and foamy. Hoppy aromas with more grassy, leafy notes over the citrus. Gets hazier at last pour and the citrus seems to take the lead in the nose. The taste is a nice blend of both the citrus and grassy hops. Almost seems like a Juicy American Pale Ale.

Cloudy blond colour. Lactic acid aroma, gentle citrus, ham. Very salty, moderately acidic, a bit of breadcrust, some citrus.
Very good.

Pours a slight hazed golden-orange colour with a big off-white cap that stays very long, leaving some foamy patches of lacing. Orange aromas over the hops that give out earthy notes, with burnt green leaves. The taste shows as well this orange flavour separated from the earthy dark-green leaf. It is interesting, as unique. Not crazy bitter, but a good dry mouthfeel. Yeah, an interesting IPA.

355mL can, pours a cloudy blonde with a small white head. Aroma brings out lots of spicy coriander and salt upfront, with some lime in back. Flavour is very spicy, with lots of spicy coriander, salt, lime and lacto. Intense flavours and they somehow work well together. Solid.

Greyish, cloudy. This has a lot of the lime leaf, lots of coriander, and a bit of tartness. Light tartness. Nice lime leaf, and a bit of coriander. Nice - the flavours are big and assertive. Good tartness in the finish, nice complexity.

This Imperial Gose looks like grapefruit juice with a big frothy cap that goes down slowly and leaves some foamy lacing. Totally gose nose with the saltiness, citrus sourness and mild spices. The taste is very lemony giving the sour and fruity notes. The salt is nicely balanced in there with slight dryness in the finish. Not too much bitterness. Quite enjoyable !!
