Aromat cytrusów i zielonej cebulki. W smaku owocowo z lekką goryczką, trochę wodniste. To bardziej sesyjna ipka niż ipa

A full off-white head on a ruby brown body. A moderate aroma, with candied fruit, apricots and brown sugar. Some interesting tastes but lacking the richness, depth and integration of really strong BWs. Some resin, woodiness, dark berries and apricot. Significant sweet caramel malt and brown sugar. Some spice.

Big fluffy white head on a thin amber body. Nose is citrus hops with some grassiness. Taste leads with subtle grapefruit hops underpinned with sweet, rich malts and some grass. Hoppiness fades a little too quickly for an 8.8 abv double, but it’s not a bad quaff.

Hazy yellow, large white head. Light stone fruit, pale cereals. Light mouth feel, light carb. Very light overall, low bitterness, tropical on nature, stone fruit. A little mealy, cereals dominate the finish.

Hazy yellow, medium white head. Lemon line aroma, pithy citrus, light body and bitterness, very drinkable.

Tap at the brewpub.
A nice pink/purple pour, with a Medium white head with pinkish hues. A subtle aroma of cassis with some nice tart citrus and slme light wheat notes. Great mouth feel, nice carb. Great tart finish with a pleasant fruity berry flavour. A great example of the style, not over the top, super well balanced between the fruit and tart base beer.

Black pour, medium brown head. Aroma is obviously smoky, notes of camp fire, and quite a bit of roast, but sweet, subtly cocoa flavoured roast. Not as smoky as i expected, the roast comes through and adds balance. Hints of coffee come through in the end, with some soy, and bitter cocoa. Well balanced.

On tap at the brewpub. Hazy yellow pour, huge white head. Aroma is a slap in the face of fresh zested lemon zest. So much so, its bordered on detergent smelling. There are hints of green citra cones if you go looking for it, but otherwise its just an assault on your sense of lemon oil. The body and carb are fine, and the finish is moderate to highly bitter, with a crisp citric finish. A good beer, but the lemon needs to be dialed back a touch i think.

On tap at the brewpub. Clear brown pour, with a medium, rocky, beige head. Aroma is super nutty, light roasted malts, some burnt brown sugar, and some light citrus. Perfect carb and mouth feel with a soft, light leaning towards medium bitterness. Nutty finish, light grasses, light pine, excellent brown ale!

On tap at the brewpub, clear copper pour, with very minimal head. Aroma is skunky, with a very big upfront cat pee aroma, id bet there is alot of simcoe hops in here. The body, mouthfeel and carb are spot on. The finish on the other hand shows some nice spicy hops notes, with great pine, and citrus, even a touch of mint. The cat pee fades right away along with the skunk, and the finish is light to medium bitter, and quite drinkable.
