This coffee porter poured a deep black colour with a creamy, light brown head. Nice lacing. Scents include coffee, roasted caramel, a little cooked veggies and a little black licorice. First swig was smooth and creamy with bold coffee flavour and a little burnt toast thrown in. Finish is pure dark roast coffee with a light caramel flavour lingering.

A hazed murky blonde ale with a thin white head. In aroma, sweet fruity malt with light passion fruit notes, light lactic notes, nice and smooth. In mouth, a nice sweet tart mix of passion fruit, light acidity, light mineral notes, nice and refreshing. On tap at Biermarkt, Ottawa.

A deep dark stout with a thin lacing brown head. In aroma, sweet caramel malt with light molasses, light licorice, pleasing. In mouth, sweet fruity chocolate malt with light licorice notes, light soy notes, alcohol warmth, very nice. On tap at Brother's Beer Bistro.

A hazed blonde ipa with a thin white head. In aroma, nice fruity biscuit malt with loads of herbaceous bitter hops, light mineral notes, light tropical fruits, pleasant. In mouth, a nice sweet fruity biscuit malt with herbaceous resinous hops, pineapple pulp, light tropical fruits, light mineral notes , pleasant. On tap at Brother's Beer Bistro.

Bottle - Light cherry and balsamic. Cloudy copper and Amber with a small white head. Soured and light acidic notes. Touch of cherry and barrel notes. Could maybe use some age to soften.

Bottle - Herbal Sour Barrel notes. Cloudy gold with a small white head. Soured grains, Barrel and funky almost herbal notes. Candy sugar has translated into something weird.
