Bottle: Poured a hazy pink color ale with a large white foamy head with good retention and some lacing. Aroma of raspberry with some floral hoppy notes of citrus that paired remarkably well. Taste is a mix of light sweet raspberry puree with some citrusy flora hops notes with noticeable residual sugar notes. Body is full with good carbonation. Well brewed and the flavours paired better than I was expecting.

A deep dark reddish brown ale with a thin mocha head. In aroma, sweet fruity chocolate malt with light ground cherry, light Brett, light lactic notes, nice. In mouth, a nice sweet fruity tart malt with light ground cherry, maraschino, light cinnamon, coffee notes, alcohol warmth, very nice. On tap at Funkfest 2017.

Clear dark brown beer, creamy beige head, pretty stable, adhesive, leaving quite some lacing in the glass. Aroma: dirty and funky start, sourish / infected, fruity notes, caramel. MF: soft carbon, medium to full body. Taste: sourish start, alcohol, sweet, pretty roasted, more sour flavours, bit puckering, some coffee. Aftertaste: sweet and sugary, bitter hops, dried fruits, quite some alcohol.

Huge overspill with lots of waste and a dirty mess to pick up. Damn!! Cloudy golden-yellow colour with some small yeast residue in the bottom. The head is huge (of course), foamy, soapy, long lasting with decent lace. Citrus and yeasty aromas with some light sourness. The rhubarb shows up a little, but very mild in the taste. Mostly with light tartiness. Quaffable and refreshing. Just wish it would not explode at opening.

2016-12-12. A bottle on Black Christmas 2016 at 12 Kings. Pours a hazy golden with a white head. Aroma is funky, fruity, bready. Taste is pretty the same. Meh.

500mL bottle, pours a cloudy golden with a small white head. Aroma brings out fruity esters, earthy notes and bone dry Belgian yeast. Flavour is estery, with light candied sugar, earthy notes and some Belgian yeast. Quite estery, with a dry lightly woody finish. Solid.

A deep dark stout with a thin mocha head. In aroma, nice sour stout, light lactic notes, light Brett, chocolate malt, roasted coffee, nice and smooth. In mouth, a nice lactic acid with chocolate, light coffee, oily mouth feel, nice and complex. On tap at Beau’s Oktoberfest 2016.

A hazed golden amber ale with a thin lacing off white head. In aroma, sweet fruity malt with light Epsom salts, light Brett, light lactic notes, light herbaceous character, light banana esters, OK. In mouth, a tart sweet fruity malt with light lemon notes, lactic acid, Epsom salts, light Brett, a tad phenolic, OK. On tap at Cornwall Summer Beer fest 2016.
