Awesome. Great tart/sweet apple balance/complexity with sour cherry/orange peel; crisp tart finish with lingering acidity. Medium sweetness.

Very nice dry cider. Well rounded apple complexity with a high carbonated crisp/dry finish. Light-moderate tartness. Very drinkable.

On tap at Hopcat Detroit. Pours a clear mellow yellow with a bubbly white head that starts at the edges and dissipates quickly and completely. Aroma has a good amount of dry apple and a decent acidic bite. Flavor combines earthy, acidic and dry apples with a earthy finish.
