Draft: Poured a light pale yellow color cider with limited carbonation. Aroma of cucumber and spicy ginger notes is more or less pleasant. Taste is also a mix of cucumber and spicy ginger with no real apple notes. Body is light with soft carbonation. Not sure the cucumber is really working in this mix.

Outstanding! Juicy peach/lemon/light herbal rosemary; great sweet/tart apples; light earthy spice. Crisp/semidry/balanced. Great complexity.

Very nice. Balanced sweet/light tart apples with juicy cucumber and earthy ginger spice. Tart/spicy/crisp carb finish. Very smooth/semidry.

Sample at Kraft House No. 5. Clear pale golden color with a medium white head that burns away quickly to a film. Spotty lacing. Aroma of apples and spice. Medium body with a dry sparkling apple cider character with some sweet spice in the background. The finish is fruity with a sweet apple aftertaste. Decent overall.

tap at Summit City - This cider has a spicy aroma up front along with the apples. The flavor is sweet with apples and berries. Sweetness carries through to the finish. It’s awfully sweet but it’s refreshing enough.

Damn good. Nice lightly tart/sweet apple complexity; med-high sweetness; crisp finish; slight lingering acidity. Great balance/very smooth.
