Sampled on draft at Hou Thou this beer poured a hazy yellow-gold color with a medium sized foamy white head that faded quickly and left no lacing. The aroma was tart and sour with vinegar, Sweettart candies and pear. The flavor was musty and sour with notes of apple, pear, cider vinegar and a hint of soy sauce. Long finish. Medium body.

500 ml bottle purchased at Kittery, 7 Eleven. Bright hazy yellow color, soft carbonation. Didnβt know what to expect from this, purchased blind. And I will say it is an American wild / NOT outright sour. Aroma is dusty yeast, straw, musty basement, mild cheese.
Flavor has initial sweetness fading quickly to doughy yeast and musty basement. Hints of lemon and a touch of barnyard. Finish has subtle tartness. Medium in body with a lower carbonation level. I like how subtle this is, as I am not a fan of over the top sour or pucker. I enjoyed this a lot.
