6th Feb 2015: large sample poured by the brewer at the 3rd Annual Beer Exchange in De Bierboom (Brugge). Mostly Belgians, Brits and Italians: a great night. Hazy amber pour with a solid white topping. The Sterling and Citra hops ensured the brew had a floral and citrus aroma and flavour. Whatever malts used hid away in the background and prevented the beer becoming too bitter or overly hoppy: easy drinking blend and a great first beer of the evening.

6th Feb 2015. Large sample from a bottle, poured by the brewer himself at De Bierboom (Brugge) during a bottle exchange evening. Nice dark reddy brown body with a beige, creamy head. Malty nose and initial taste, roasted, toasted maltiness with a slight hop bitterness in the finish. Nice!
