(Draft at Craft & Draft, Amsterdam, 27 Feb 2026) Hazy golden amber colour with frothy, off-white head. Fruity, hoppy nose with pineapple, papaya, pine needles, herbs and tropical fruit. Fruity taste with notes of tropical fruit, pineapple, papaya, strawberries, lime, pine needles, herbs, white bread and a balanced citric/herbal bitterness. Almost full body, with a certain sweetness. Fresh, hoppy and juicy. Very nice.

(Draft at Craft & Draft, Amsterdam, 27 Feb 2026) Cloudy golden colour with frothy, off-white head. Fruity nose with tropical fruit, pineapple, papaya and herbs. Fruity taste with notes of tropical fruit, citrus, pineapple, papaya, peaches, lemon, herbs, white bread and a balanced citric/herbal bitterness. Almost full body, with a certain sweetness. Strongish, hoppy and juicy, Very nice.

Nose is tangy berry fruits, herb, straw.
Taste comprises raspberry pips, hedgerow, herb, grass.
Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close with a puckering kiss.

Nose is grass, pine nip, grapefruit, mandarin, ripe melon.
Taste comprises bitter orange, grapefruit, pine needle, melon, grass.
Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close spliced with juicy come grassy hop bitterness allied to a mellow balanced boost.
Tidy WC leaning DIPA.

Color castaño oscuro, opaca, espuma beige de media retención. Aroma atractivo y rico en matices, malta, pan tostado, ceniza, chocolate... En boca posee un cuerpo medio, de paso ligeramente acuoso, sabor rico donde dominan la malta tostada, café, chocolate negro, humo, ceniza, pan muy tostado. Dulzor muy discreto, final amargo, ahumado y torrefacto. Echo en falta un poquitín más de cuerpo para redondear la experiencia que de por si es bastante buena, no obstante muy rica.

Can. This edition hopped with Citra Kohatu and Galaxy. The picture on the can is identical to SSD 2.0 but different hops and the abv is now 8.6%. Just a light haze on this gold beer, small and short lived pale cream colour head. Light palate, mildly dry, a good fine minerally crispness. Light smooth pale malts provide a modicum of creamy sweetness but, the hops are the boss here. Crisp cooling pine, a little hop spice nip and a refreshing bitterness. Citrus and stone fruits bring up the back end, whisper of tropical fruits. Crisp spicy bitter finish. West Coast done right for me.

Panda thanks to Cloin. Just a very light haze on this gold beer, small but tidy bubbly pale cream colour head. Light palate, mildly dry, good fine minerally carbonation. Thin bodied malts but sweet enough. Crisp cooling pine. As per the description, lots of bright winey grape that goes very well with the bold pine. Whisper of floral lime. A touch of peachy citrus on the back end. Very bright and breezy. No idea how these flavours were delivered with these hops. Fascinating Captain!
