Effervescent pale golden with a white head. Spicy pepper, earth, lemon, mild sweetness. Finish has lemon and some tang. The pepper leave a hefty hot bite in the tongue. Nice.

Bottle picked up in Reno, opened at RBSG. Light golden yellow in color with a small white head. Aroma is fairly mild, farmhouse yeast, a little earthy, and slightly funky. Tastes like a sour farmhouse? brett, farmyard funk, and dry oak barrel. Lively carbonation and a sort of spritzer influence from the white wine barrel.

Draft at The Copa, in The Sands Casino. Brown pour with a reddish hue, decent beige cap. The aroma is farmhouse yeast, floral, and spicy. Tastes maltier than expected, but the spicy and floral notes come through as well. It’s an interesting combination of farmhouse meets amber ale... overall a nice find in the casino restaurant.

Good beer, drink it. One of the best saisons I’ve ever had. It’s clean and light, yet bold and flavourful. Highly recommend. Brassiere St. James SF.
