0.75 l bottle from the brewery's web shop, best before December 2027. Hazy, pale yellow with a thin, slightly fluffy, quickly diminishing, white head. A little sweetish, sourish, very funky and gently fruity aroma of manure, barnyard, hay and white wine. Minimally sweetish, gently sour, rather funky and quite fruity taste of barnyard, manure, white wine, oak, hay and leather, followed by a medium long, gently tart, quite woody-dry finish. Medium body, slightly astringent and gently effervescent mouthfeel, lively carbonation. Refreshing, spritzy beverage even if not overly outspoken, apart from the strange brett flavours though.

On tap at Craftbeer Corner Coeln, pours a cloudy dark amber with a small beige head. Aroma reveals earthy bready malt, restrained resinous hops, and some soil-like notes. Flavour has a slightly more aggressive hop character than the nose suggested, with resins, light pine, and bready malt. Bready, resinous finish. Quite pleasant.
