Aromas are a nice blend of citrus, resin with some herbs and spices. Flavors are similar to nose, add in a hint of MJ, mildly bitter up front with a sweeter finish. Slightly soft mouth. Nice beer.

Sample at GTMW 2023, 8/12/23. Dark brown, large tan head, good retention. Aroma of roast, chocolate, earth. Taste is roast, chocolate, green hops.

Sampled from the tap at GTMW 2023. Pours a clear gold with a white head that dissipates to the edges. Aroma has notes of bread, straw and hay with a bit of grass coming through. Flavor has more grass up front that is supported by the combination of hay, straw and bread notes.

Pour is a clear gold with a large white head. Aroma is doughy malt. Flavor is more wet dough malt with a decent herbal saaz hopping. This was well done.

Draft at HyVee, Carroll IA. Gold in the glass with a bit of haze, and a thin light head. Warming IPA smell of basic American hops. The Taste is very very basic American Pale Ale and IPA mix. Nicely bit hops, just a bit of resin and a slightly fruity ale yeast finish. A good standard for the style.

16 oz can canned 7/28/22, bought 12/18 at HyVee, Ankeny, $3.49. Hazy yellow color with a foamy lager type head. I can sniff the pear right under the pop top, and it stays prominent through the pour. Light lager allows the pear taste to take over. The tart of the yuzu does more to match the juice's sweetness than any hops here. I should say it's light, but the juice adds extra body you wouldn't find in a light lager.

Different kind of Vienna lager. A bit of the roastiness but not much of the color. Bittersweet with decent body and carbonation but somehow not great. Drinkable for sure.

Mild hoppy aroma with some wet grain and malt in the background. Flavors are somewhat similar to nose, on the sweet side with just a little bitter. Decent carbonation and more sweet than bitter finish.

Both aromas and flavors are fresh resin hops with some malt in the back period good body carbonation very drinkable beer.
