Bottle/Fest. A- Tart, orange, lime, citrus, mild spice. A- Orange color, hazy liquid, white head. T- Marshmallows, firelogs, fruity esters. P- Medium body, average texture, average carbonation, balanced finish. O- Unique taste but pretty darn good. Would like to sit down with more of this and really contemplate it.

Can/Fest. A- Manure. A- Red color, clear liquid, off white head. T- Watermelon, mild salt. P- Light body, average texture, average carbonation, balanced finish. O- I typically don't find watermelon a good adjunct but it works here. Doesn't taste fake but actually comes through in a refreshing way. The aroma was really off and I can't say why. Perhaps still lingering brett notes from my last beer but at the end of the day, it was a well put together beer.

My wife purchased this in Des Moines: pours somewhat hazy orange with a white head. Aroma is very fruity, light spiciness. Taste is rather sweet. Quite malty. Super sweet finish. Slight metallic note. Good enough.

On tap at Confluence, pours a clear copper golden with a small white head. Aroma brings out lots of spruce tips and tart cranberries. Flavour is loaded with spruce tips upfront, followed by lightly tart cranberries. Not much in the way of saison yeast left. Not a fan.

On tap at Confluence, pours a hazy golden with a small white head. Aroma brings out a very nice tequila barrel character upfront, with lots of agave and a touch of guava. Flavour is very bold, with heaps of tequila barrels, agave nectar sweetness and some fruitiness. The tequila comes through wonderfully, finishing lightly sweet. Highly complex and a pleasure to drink. Uniquely excellent.

On tap at Confluence, pours a clear copper golden with a small white head. Aroma brings out saison yeast and light red wine barrel character. Flavour is along the same lines, with saison yeast, cereal malt and plenty of wood. Not authentic at all, but admittedly pleasant flavours. Okay.

On tap at Confluence, pours hazy bright dark reddish pink with a small pink head. Aroma brings out heaps of raspberries upfront, with a touch of funk. Flavour is along the same lines, with bright tart raspberries dominating. There's not a lot of complexity or depth to this, but the raspberries really do shine. Good stuff.

On tap at Confluence, pours a cloudy amber with a small white head. Aroma brings out lots of hibiscus, lavender and lemon upfront, with a touch of funk. Flavour is very floral, with lots of spices and floral notes. Lightly tart and just kind of jumbled overall. Not really my thing.
