2024 edition. 473 ml can. Pours a very dark brown with moderate dark tan head. Aromas of creamy chocolate, a bit of vanilla, coconut and slick roasted malts. Aromas of dry coconut, nutty chocolate and roasted malts. Not getting any barrel effects, and not well very well integrated with dry coconut taking over. OK

Can, huge thanks Fil! Murky golden body, off-white head. Huge aroma, coffee technically, beans mostly. Bit phenolic, dry, prickly taste, older coffee, dry, bit astringent herbal bitter finish, and then alcohol hits.... Kinda works, mostly not.

Can, Erebus 2024, enormous thanks FIl for sharing! Almost pitch black body, small off-white head. Creamy, smooth, huge roasty coffee and caramel aroma. Lean, dry taste, creamy caramel notes, light coffee, ending bitterish, simple, bit oily, lovely taste, low alcohol warmth. Again, simple, but this is very nice.

Can, enormous thanks Fil for sharing with Ryan and me! Murky golden body, thick off-white head. White grapes and a bit of resin in the soft aroma. Lean, dry, bitterish taste, light grapes, herbal, mildly vegetal, soft, drinkable. Not the freshest but nice enough

I love the flex of a brewery in Whitehorse releasing its witbier in December. Dull and hazy. Light coriander spice. Lowish bitterness. Decent wit, a bit yeastier and not as malty as I prefer.
