Draught, half pint. @Tha Black Dog Tavern, A Coruña. 11/02/2022 [#4.716 Global - #972 Spain - #7 Cervezas La Pirata] Pours yellow with a small white head. Resinous and hoppy. But kinda boring. Next one please!

Thin beige head on a still brown body. Malt, chocolate & spiced aroma. Medium bodied, smooth with a tingle on the back. Liquorice, malt, herbal, chocolate & medicinal tastes with a bitter hoppy finish. Interesting - Tasty.

Bottle shared. Black with big tan head. Massive vanilla. Some roasted malts, dark chocolate, more massive vanilla. Earthy. Deep roast. Medium sweet and solid bitter. Almost full bodied, bit dry earthy finish. Lots of rough earthy vanilla in here.

33cl bottle pours a thick black, beige head. Nose is old school, malt, licorice, smoke, molasses, dark chocolate. Flavor leads with earth and smoke and malt, Kahlua, molasses, licorice. Full bodied finish.

Bottle at home, Nivala. Via Ratebeer Secret Santa 2021. Thanks Ohomedasbirras! BBE 08/2022. Enjoyed straight from the bottle. Aromas and flavours: Fruits, grape, hops and malts. 110 IBU and 9.3abv and very easy to drink!

Stark fruchtiger Hopfenbeginn, der durch den Alkohol eine zusätzliche Intensität erhält. Mango, Pfirsich, süßlich, eher trockener Hintergrund. Süßlich hopfig im Mittelteil, die Fruchtigkeit bleibt, geringe Herbe. Vollmundig, würzig, alkoholisch, dennoch weich. Langer Nachgeschmack. 11/13/10/13/12/12
