Draft/Fest. A- Plastic, subtle lemon, weak. A- Gold color, hazy liquid, white head. T- Lemon, play doh, bland. P- Light body, average texture, average carbonation, bland finish. O- No salt character at all and not really sour either. A slightly off plastic lemon flavor and really nothing else to show.

Sample size glass at the brewery. Slightly hazy gold within bubbly head. Aroma was light banana, light yeast, very low hops. Flavor followed with a good balance of yeast and very mild hop profile that did show moderate bitterness. As it warmed the bitterness does get aggressive.

taster at the source. clear golden color withvery small beige head, dissipates quickly, mimimal lacing. Aroma is lemon juice, passionfruit, and lactic hints. Flavor is high on lemon juice and acid. Body is lighter. Brett is ligjtly noticed. Finish is a tad harsh.

Draft at the source. Brown colored body, whispy head. Aroma as large amounts of coffee with polite spicy saison yeast. Flavor is dominant in the rich roasted coffee, hints of chocolate, and a mild bitterness. I like it!

Draft at the source. The aroma is sweet and very fruity combined with notes of caramel. The flavor has a somewhat dusty maltly fruity back background leading to a dry bitter and slightly hoppy finish.

Draft at the source, mostly clear off gold without any head. Aroma is nearly non existent. Flavor is a decent amount of Fruitiness with a pilsner malt body, light bready hints. The finish has a lot of spices and sugar. Not bad at all.

Draft at the source. Mostly clear gold. Aroma is crackers, honey Pilsner malt, maybe light yeast. Flavor follow suit with a nice Bready honey backbone. Hop element is light. Standard and textbook, well-made.

Draft/Fest. A- Roasty, light aroma, subtle spice. A- Brown color, hazy liquid, tan head. T- Earthy, spiced, roasty, coffee. P- Medium body, average texture, average carbonation, balanced finish. O- Weird combo. Saison + coffee. You can get a bit of the base beer if you’re looking for it, but the coffee does overpower everything for the most part. Still, not bad.

Draft at Growler UAS Omaha, NE. Purple in color, no head. Aroma is vinaigrette, wood, tart BlackBerry. Flavor follows With a pretty good amount of sourness in the finish. Low carbonation in a medium body. If you like the style this certainly is drinkable

Draft/Fest. A- Brett, funky, ginger. A- Yellow color, clear liquid, white head. T- Brett, funky, ginger. P- Medium body, average texture, average carbonation, balanced finish. O- The name of this beer pretty much sums it up. You get Brett, Ginger and together they make a spicy funk. It’s relatively mild but those are the flavors you get.
