On tap at Farnham House, pours a hazy golden with a small white head. Aroma brings out plenty of brett funk, with some earthy notes and subdued rustic saison yeast. Flavour reveals a rather muffled brett character, with the brett funk upfront, followed by an earthy character. The brett doesn't seem totally well-dialed in, but is pleasant enough. Needs a bit of tweaking but solid attempt.

On tap at Farnham House, pours a hazy dark chestnut brown with a small beige head. Aroma brings out toasted nuts, with candied sugar and Belgian yeast. Flavour is nicely balanced, with candied sugar, Belgian yeast and toasted nuts. Actually fairly authentic as far as American attempts at Belgian styles goes. Solid stuff.

On tap at Farnham House, pours a deep dark amber with no head. Aroma brings out some balsamic and lightly tart red fruits. Flavour brings out some cough syrupy cherries, light balsamic, a touch of wood. Lacking depth and coherence. Drinkable.

On tap at Farnham House, pours a clear copper with a small beige head. Aroma is rather soapy and perfumey, with dry hops and some lacto. Flavour is just unpleasant, with glue, perfume, soap and bittering dry hops. This is totally undrinkable - how can they sell this?

On tap at Farnham House, pours a cloudy dull yellow with a small white head. Aroma brings out plenty of salt, some citrus and lacto. Flavour is very salty, with plenty of citrus, and lacto. Man is this salty, and finishes acidic. Needs a little more refinement, but not bad.

Draft/Fest. A- Brett, barnyard. A- Yellow color, cloudy liquid, white head. T- Brett, funky. P- Medium body, average texture, average carbonation, balanced finish. O- Nicely done. Curious what abv is. Lots of funk in here.

dark orange, 2 finger yellow brown head. grape wine, honey, a little soapy aroma. honey, very boozy. white wine, peach juice, astringent. it's good but you taste every bit of the booze

Bottle/Fest. A- Complex, chocolate, spice, red wine, raisins, molasses. A- Black color, black liquid, light brown head. T- Complex, cocoa, spiced raisins, rum cake, molasses. P- Full body, average texture, average carbonation, complex finish. O- When I read Belgian stout, I always expect a bit of sourness. This was not that but a rather rich and complex brew. Lots of flavors I can't quite place but really well done and balanced. Would love a bottle of this to hold on and age for a bit. Nicely done.

Draft. A- Watery, grains, mild cocoa. A- Black color, dark liquid, tan head. T- Alcohol, grains, watery. P- Light body, average texture, average carbonation, bland finish. O- Not much flavor to this one. It was inoffensive but lacked many qualities at all. Also surprisingly boozy tasting.
