Bottle/Fest. A- Ginger. A- Gold color, clear liquid, no head. T- Pickled ginger. P- Medium body, average texture, average carbonation, balanced finish. O- Lots of ginger but not spicy, more sweet and sushi pickled ginger like. Honestly pretty good but I would like more tartness or funk.

Draft/Fest. A- Cranberry, weak. A- Pink orange color, clear liquid, white head. T- Cranberry, orange, salt, tart, wheat. P- Light body, average texture, average carbonation, balanced finish. O- I like the thought here, but it was a bit bland. Needed to amp up the flavor. Plenty of salt though.

Draft. A- Cocoa, light, mild banana. A- Dark brown color, dark liquid, beige head. T- Banana, cocoa. P- Medium body, average texture, average carbonation, balanced finish. O- No coffee that I can really detect. Adds a touch of roastiness but minimal flavor. Do get some cocoa and the banana is there but almost as an afterthought and certainly not a show stealer. Perhaps a bit thin on the body but honestly drinkable.

Perfectly clear light ruby and deep amber tinted body with the faintest note of a head, barely covering the top, all nice and tan, at least. Aroma of pure soured cherries with a hint of grass, hay and light caramel malt notes with little else noticeable. Light to perhaps, Medium-bodied; Strong funky cherry flavour up front with a nice dry and almost herbal kick, but some more earthy cherry notes come through that aren't on the sour side of things, just pure and fruity, but this all ends with a dash of white pepper and dry herbal funk. Aftertaste is robust, relatively dry with the slightest bit of soured or tart fruit, but the cherries hit on again, an earthy plane instead of a soured one, which makes this more dry and perhaps a touch more complex. Overall, an interesting beer that is a good fruit beer, but not a lambic at all and not so great for the style, but good to try and I'm glad I did it, especially after being there this morning! I sampled this ten ounce pour on draught at HopCat in Lincoln, Nebraska on 10-October-2019 for US$7,50.

Draft/Fest. A- Peaches. A- Gold color, hazy liquid, no head. T- Mild peach, mild rubber. P- Light body, average texture, average carbonation, balanced finish. O- Not bad but really lacked a lot of flavor. Little peach and certainly not that sour. Needs a bit more umpf.

4 oz. draft. Deeper amber / copper in color. Flavor has the booze forward. Flavor of toffee, roasted grain, earthy hints. Thin body. Ummmm, not sure that this is a Baltic Porter. Not quite sure what it is.

4 oz. draft. Deep brown color. Aroma of fried dough and cinnamon. Flavor of Coca Nibs, cinnamon, and vanilla. Fuller body with a light spice finish. My favorite of everything sampled on this trip to Farnam House
