On tap at the downtown tasting room. Pours pale golden. Aroma is very much like an ipa: beer, citrus hops, grasses. Interesting, I actually smell no apple here. Flavor is bitter dish soap, lemon rind, light apple skin, earth. Wow. This is quite interesting.

On tap at the downtown tasting room. Pours pink. Aroma is overwhelmingly ginger with strawberries buried underneath the ginger and apple. Flavor is fresh ginger, tart strawberries, green leaf, apple, earth. Nice.

750 mL bottle from Wine Warehouse. Pink with a hint of Haze. Aroma of oak, tannins, dry cider. Taste is dry apples, apple and grape skins, pepper, oak. Medium bodied. Very dry.

$8.29 500 ml bottle from Wine Warehouse, now bottled in the Sapling Series as Cranberry & Orange. Very clear, very light pink color with a quickly fading white head. Aroma is sweat, apple, dust, cranberry, earth. Taste is tart cranberry, earth, a little funk, tart apple. I get no orange or even a hint of citrus. Dry.

$3.30 Can from Wine Warehouse. Pours pale gold with a lot of carbonation but no head. Aroma is bittersweet passion fruit, apple, floral hops. Flavor is tart passion fruit and apple, green hops, light dishsoap. Tasty.
