Bottled. Reddish amber colour with a mediumsized creamy longlasting slightly off-white head, which leaves some lace. Aroma is sour wood, some slight floral and berryish notes along with some bready malts. Flavour is floral, grassy and mildly bready malty with quite a big sourish wooden punch to it.

750mL bottled 12/19/2017, drunk 12/25/22. Clear deep brass-copper with a small, off-white head that quickly recedes to ring. First impressions of the nose are Holy shit if this is 5 years old, I can't even imagine what this would have been like fresh. It's only just seeming to integrate and the curry spices still stand out ahead of the strong lactic acidity. Malt is varied and grainy/biscuity but supportive, at least, with some residual sugar to balance the sourness and spice. Clean, no alcohol noted. Soft, malty, quite sour with heavy lactic, light acetic, low brett. Some honey-to-light-caramel-like sweetness with good texture/depth and attenuation. Aside from the sourness and rather strong spiciness, I don't get much (any) interesting saison character. Would have been more interesting with something more than curry spice. As is, it's just a mouthful of curry spice which doesn't complement or play off anything else going on here.

16 ounce can. Hazy, amber orange color. Foamy beige head. Aroma is funky farmhouse meets pumpkin spice. Flavor is more of the same. Subtle funk, pumpkin pie spices and bready malt. Nicely done.

Bottle, 375ml. Brewed in 2018. A lightly hazy pale golden colored beer with a white head. Nice funky aroma with citrus, lemon, barnyard and a touch of leather and hay. It's lightly sour, full-bodied and nicely carbonated, with a nice sour flavor. Funky, lemony and lightly leathery, with some barnyard notes. Nice, lingering finish. Sure nice this one, refreshing, tasteful and seems to have aged very well. 221113

750 ml shared by Willrunforbeer. The aroma is Brett, cheesy, and has earthy hints. For a 10 year old brew this is amazing! Flavor has plenty of brett, funky, musty basement like flavors. Really nice!!

The aromas have a lot going on with yeast, spice, citrus, funk, floral and some malt. Body is okay with great carbonation. Flavors are a lot like nose, bittersweet with just the right amount of tang and a touch of oak. Citrusy sweet tart yeasty finish. Good beer.
