Canette 473ml. Olfactif: Notes de réglisse rouge, de petits fruits rouges et sucrés, Et dans une moindre proportion du caramel, des noisettes et du chocolat. Visuel: Mousse de 1 doigt, beige, à l’aspect crémeuse et pétillante qui se maintient bien, sur un liquide brun aux reflets rougeâtres. L’entrée de bouche présente un bel équilibre entre les fruits, le caramel et les noisettes. Les saveurs sont discrètes et la longue finale se situe dans une amertume de grains, de noisettes et de terre humide. L’équilibre est de toute évidence le point fort de cette bière. Une plus grande explosion des saveurs en aurait fait une superbe Brown Ale. Néanmoins très agréable à boire.

Can: Poured a hazy amber color ale with a medium size foamy head with OK retention and minimal lacing. Aroma of light dry blueberry notes with some wheat alt notes also discernable. Taste is a mix of dry blueberry notes with some wheat malt and a dry finish. Body is full with medium carbonation. Not bad but dryer then I was expecting with some lack of balance between flavours.

Hazy amber under a small lingering white head. Nose has some light caramel with more pronounced pine, citrus (orange and grapefruit primarily), and some grass. Not quite as bright as i would expect which may be due to the carbonation. Some sweet caramel is a little more obvious in the taste which is good because it has to balance a big bitter dose of pine and citrus which starts early and lingers. Mouth is medium+ and oily with slightly soft carbonation. Big bitter IIPA. 7/3+/8/4-/15-

Can from Peluso. Voie  maltee la Rabat joie 4.9% Cloudy orange blue with a wheat spice and light blueberry aroma. Medium bodied with a dry finish. The taste is Weizen cloves, light blueberry but also a somewhat strange metallic note. Meh, a pricey disappointment as I think it was like 5$ a can.

A deep dark stout with a thin lacing mocha head. In aroma, sweet fruity malt with light ground cherry, light Brett, chocolate, light coffee grind, light and smooth. In mouth, a nice chocolate malt with fruity esters, ground cherries, grapeskin, alcohol warmth, very nice and complex. On tap at IBU 2016.

Can: Poured a light amber color ale with a fairly large foamy head with OK retention and light lacing. Aroma of light caramelized malt and residual sugar notes is pretty enticing. Taste is a good mix of caramelized malt with light residual sugar and some great maple notes. Body is about average with good carbonation. Well done overall and good integration of maple flavours which isn’t always easy to do.

Can: Poured a black color ale with a large dark brown foamy head with good retention and some lacing. Aroma of roasted malt with light dry bitter hops is pleasant enough. Taste is a nice mix of roasted malt with light green hops notes and dry and slightly bitter finish. Body is full enough with nice creamy touch and good carbonation. A bit dryer then I would have liked but solid beer nonetheless.
