Super clear (as it should be) golden coloured body with a very thin off-white head. Aroma of bananas, light coriander seed, some citrus a touch of yeast and a good light hop scent. Light to Medium-Bodied; Strong crisp and citrus flavour with some lemons and grapefruit noticeable and a larger dose of yeast and crisp bread around, with a very easy-drinking crisp yeast and coriander seed flavour with some light citrus and curaco elements as well. Aftertase is mellow and showing a lot of the banana characteristics with big touch of the citrus and very light grain, but dry flavours that make this very nice throughout. Overall, a nice and super subdued beer with a ton of flavours, yet very easy-to-drink with a lot of character and a complex, yeast-based flavour, with the bananas showing quite a bit, especially towards the end that is quite simplistic, in a good way. I sampled this four ounce pour on draught as part of a six-pour flight from brewpub in Omaha, Nebraska on 16-March-2018 for US$10,50 while here in the Old Market.

Clear deep copper and bronze coloured body with a super thin off-white head. Aroma of pure maple sugars with a dose of brown sugar and ending with a touch of caramel. Light to Medium-bodied; Strong maple and caramel-based malt bite with a good deal of malt and some moderate sugars with hardly any complexity or pungency towards the end - just the maple and malt flavours are the only thing noticeable throughout. Aftertaste shows the punch in terms of sweetness and flavours from the maple, but very little else, especially in terms of pungency and complexity with really only maple and light malts coming through, especially at the end. Overall, a decent beer with a somehow amazingly authentic maple flavour, but doesn't show much in terms of a supporting cast or body that gives the maple anything to balance upon. Nice to sample and not a bad beer, but could use quite a bit of work to make it more robust and complex while still staying low in terms of alcohol and bite. I sampled this four ounce pour on draught at the brewpub in Omaha, Nebraska on 16-March-2018 for US$10,50 as part of a six-pour flight!

Very hazy blonde coloured body with a thinnish tan and off-white head. Aroma of bright and very citrusey hops along with some pure oranges and even some fresh coriander seed. Light-bodied; Sharp biting citrus and lightly floral hop bite at first with a bigger dose of grapefruit and light cleanser right behind with some sweetness and pure pineapple and mango notes on the edges with a little bitterness noticeable and a dose of grass and dry hay near the finish. Aftertaste is clear, crisp and bitter with a bright citrus and lightly piney flavour that shows some grapefruit and cleanser as well, but goes down quite easily, but still shows some very pleasant bitterness. Overall, a nice and crisp pale Ale with Oatmeal as part of the malt bill, but still showing a very easy-to-drink beer throughout with only a touch of citrus on the edges, but nice and complex, considering the style and especially the alcohol content. I sampled this four ounce pour on draught as part of a six-pick flight from the brewpub on 16-March-2018 for US$10,50.

Super clear coloured beautiful peach and light ruby/pink coloured body with a sliver of a tan head, about a centimetre tall. Aroma of light grass, peated malt, some subdued spice characteristics and a dose of caramel as well and a fairly nice balance. Medium to Full-bodied; Strong bite with a caramel and rich toffee flavour at first with a good deal of alcohol and sugars noticeable near the end with some peat and nuts noticeable at the finish. Aftertaste shows a rich caramel and brown sugar flavour with some moderate toffee and peat bite with some alcohol noticeable near the end, but still a touch thin on the finish. Overall, a nice beer with a good bite, but not much body or balance throughout - some nice caramel and peat flavours, but a touch too thin. However, still nice to sample on draught, but I wouldn't recommend this in a large format sample. I sampled this four ounce pour on draught as part of a six sample flight for US$10,50 at the brewpub in Omaha, Nebraska on 16-March-2018 while here in the Old Market in downtown Omaha.

Dark brown coloured body with a quite hazy copper and bronze glow, all with a thin, tan head of about two centimetres. Aroma of spices - allspice, nutmeg, canella and coriander seed are all noticeable. Medium-bodied; Strong spicey flavour at first with the nutmeg and allspice way front and centre with a big dose of grain and malt and not much sugars or malt to support this. Aftertaste shows some ligher malt and spice flavours with earth, caramel, toffee and some chocolate around the edges as well without much support from the spices - sort of one dimensional and not a stout - if anything an American Strong. Overall, a decent, spice-based beer with some moderate balance and a lot of pungency without much complexity throughout, and definitely not a stout. Still, nice to try in this format on draught in a four ounce pour instead of anything bigger. Nice to try, but sadly, not recommended. I sampled this four ounce pour on draught as part of a flight of six from the brewpub on 16-March-2018 for US$10,50 sampled in the Old Market in Omaha, Nebraska.

Ridiculously rich dark brown coloured body with almost no head at all - what is there is tan coloured. Aroma of super roasted malt and a lot of licorice, tons of brown sugars and a heavy note of honey, yeast and loads of alcohol. Rich, super full-bodied; Bright notes of maple syrup, brown sugar, honey, molasses and licorice dominate and leave the mouth very sweet with some lighter yeast and roasted malt flavours at the finish. Coffee, milk and especially chocolate make this very nice and very smooth, incredibly easy to drink for 17,0%! Aftertaste shows a ton of malts with a big honey and licorice finish with the alcohol of course and a lot of lactose around the fringes. Overall, a very nice Imperial Stout that i'm very happy to sample in a 4 ounce pour instead of a full pint or in a bottle/can, this is a nice beer, but very heavy! I sampled this four ounce pour as part of a flight of six at the brewpub in Omaha, Nebraska on 16-March-2018 for US$10,50 for all six, sampled while here in the Old Market.

Growler thanks to Jimmy. Pours clear hazel, medium creamy beige head, dissipates fairly quickly, good lacing. Aroma is coffee, hints of green pepper, ashtray, molasses, nutty. Flavor is light plus sweet, light plus bitter, kind of weird. Medium body. Not my favorite

Draft at the brewpub. Poured a pitch black color with a very small tan head. Aroma was roasted malts, rich, chocolate, roasted malts. Light bitter spices, some clove, nutmeg. Flavor was similar, roasted, bitter chocolate. Pleasant holiday spices, with a little bit of boozy finish.
