Hazy very dull tan colour. Wheaty aroma with hints of sweat, apple juice, and a slight hint of maple. Fizzy, malt-accented. A little dusty, woody, yeasty in the fizzy finish. Slight wheaty, citrusy but ultimately undistinctive.

Hazy amber colour. Aroma is caramelly, slightly toasty, with hints of fruity hop. The palate is dry, fairly dusty and toasty. Straightforward rousse.

Golden, bright. Slight husky pale malt aroma. Clean, fresh pale malt character. Not terribly exciting but decently produced.

Hazy dun colour. Yeasty, sweaty aroma with strong cinnamon notes. Flavour is heavy on the ginger. A touch overcarbonated so the malts get obscured. Finish is mainly spicy. Not bad for a ginger beer. Too bad it’s not a ginger beer.

Even it is stronger and darker than Jézabelle, it soent have the mouthfeel of the previous beer, thin in mouth, with spices not very present.

Ver nice coffe nose but this beer is going off, or the hops are too young, very acidic points in mouth, not very enjoyable, harsh ...

Served with a lemon, the lemon overpowers the nose, nice taste of confectionnary sugar and spices, but where is the ginger, slight hops detected, interesting beer.
